Shipping Policy
1. Carrier & Service
We ship worldwide using DHL Express. This ensures fast and reliable international delivery with tracking.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours on business days (Mon–Fri, Malaysia Time).
Orders placed after Friday noon (MYT) will ship the next business day.
3. Transit Time
• Typically 3–7 business days to the US, EU, and Japan.
• 5–10 business days for remote or less accessible areas.
• Transit times are estimates only and do not include weekends, public holidays, or customs/security inspections.
4. Duties, Taxes & Customs
Unless otherwise stated, all international orders are shipped under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms:
• Import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are charged by DHL or local customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.
• We do not collect VAT or customs fees at checkout.
5. Tracking
A DHL tracking link will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
6. Delivery Issues
• If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery attempt with your order number and photos (if applicable).
• We will assist you in filing a claim with DHL. Please note that shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.
7. Address Requirements
Please provide a complete street address and phone number. DHL may not deliver to PO Boxes in many countries.
8. Restrictions
Certain destinations may be unavailable due to carrier restrictions, customs regulations, or import bans on fishing tackle. We reserve the right to cancel orders that cannot be shipped.

Return Policy
* Request a return within 10 business days of delivery.
* Provide a valid order number or receipt.
* Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with all labels/accessories.
* Used, damaged, or contaminated items (e.g., lures that touched water) are not accepted.
* Obtain an RMA number before shipping any return.
* Package items securely; damage from poor packing may void the return.
* Buyer pays return shipping unless item is defective or incorrect.
* Refunds to the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
* Custom, clearance, or final-sale items are non-returnable.
