Which courier do you use?
We currently ship international orders via FedEx Express. Tracking information will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched.
How much does international shipping cost?
Shipping charges and any included import duties, taxes or customs-clearance costs are shown on the product page or at checkout.
Remote or extended-area addresses may require an additional FedEx surcharge. Please contact us before ordering if you would like us to check your ZIP or postal code.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated FedEx international delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination, customs clearance, public holidays, and courier operations.
Are your lures handmade?
Yes. MAGAS™ lures are hand-poured in soft silicone and individually finished in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Minor mold lines, seams, or small surface variations may appear and are normal characteristics of handcrafted silicone lures.
Can I return my order?
Please review our Refund Policy before placing an order. Returns may only be considered for unused, unopened items with prior approval. Used lures, opened items, products that have touched water, free gifts, and promotional bonus items are not eligible for return.
Are your products original?
Yes. MAGAS™ products are original designs developed by MY TACKLE R&D ENTERPRISE in Malaysia. Selected MAGAS™ technologies are protected by patents in the United States, Malaysia, Australia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Are duties and taxes included?
Duties, taxes and customs-clearance charges are included only when this is clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.
Remote-area surcharges, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, refused shipments or special import requirements may create additional charges.
