Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: Mar 15, 2026 (Malaysia Time, MYT)

All orders are shipped internationally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your shipment is an international shipment, not a domestic shipment within your country.

We want you to shop with confidence. However, due to the nature of our products and international shipping arrangements, please review the following return and refund terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the delivery date.

2. Proof of Purchase

A valid order number or proof of purchase is required for all return or refund requests.

3. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • unused

  • unaltered

  • in original packaging

  • returned with all original labels, accessories, and included items

4. Non-Returnable Used Items

For hygiene, performance, and product integrity reasons, the following are not eligible for return:

  • used items

  • damaged items

  • altered items

  • contaminated items

  • any lure or fishing product that has been used, cast, rigged, or has come into contact with water

5. Return Authorization Required

Do not send any item back without first obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from us.

Unauthorized returns may be refused or may not be eligible for refund.

6. Return Packaging

Returned items must be packed securely and properly.
Damage caused by poor return packaging may result in partial refund, rejection of the return, or no refund.

7. Return Shipping Cost

Unless the item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.

8. Shipping, Duties, Taxes & Clearance Fees

Because all orders are shipped internationally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, shipping-related charges may already be incurred once an order has been dispatched.

If your order included shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, remote-area surcharges, or other courier-related fees, please note that:

  • original shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped
  • duties, taxes, customs clearance charges, courier handling fees, and similar charges already incurred are generally non-refundable
  • if a shipment is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable, any costs charged back to us by the courier may be deducted from your refund

9. Refused, Undeliverable, or Unclaimed Shipments

If an order is refused, unclaimed, returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, customs issues, or non-payment of remote-area surcharge (if applicable), the refund may be reduced by any or all of the following:

  • original shipping charges

  • return shipping charges

  • courier handling fees

  • customs clearance fees

  • duties/taxes paid or charged

  • remote area surcharges

  • disposal or return-to-sender charges

In some cases, international shipments may not be returned to us and may be abandoned or destroyed by the courier or customs authority. If that happens, no refund may be possible.

10. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
We reserve the right to approve, reject, or partially refund any return that does not meet our return conditions.

11. Refund Timing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional processing time.

12. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive defective or incorrect:

  • clearance items

  • final-sale items

  • custom or made-to-order items

  • items sold as special bundles, promotional sets, or discounted packs

  • free gifts / complimentary items
