3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to display our products as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, photography, lighting, device differences, and the handmade nature of our products, actual appearance may vary slightly from what is shown on the website.
Our products are handmade and may have normal individual differences, including but not limited to:

Such differences are considered normal characteristics of handmade products and generally do not affect ordinary performance.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
All prices shown on the website are listed in the currency displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, product description errors, stock errors, typographical mistakes, or technical mistakes at any time, including after an order has been submitted.
Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. All orders are subject to review, availability, payment verification, and shipping feasibility.
If we are unable to fulfill an order for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid to us, less any non-recoverable payment processing charges where applicable and permitted.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All orders are shipped internationally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We currently use FedEx as our international shipping carrier.
Unless otherwise stated, shipping fees are charged separately at checkout. Our current standard bundle shipping rates are:

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Remote-area surcharges, special service area charges, customs delays, destination restrictions, operational disruptions, and carrier limitations may affect delivery time and cost.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout, import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee.
These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers are responsible for checking local import laws, restrictions, and possible charges before ordering.
7. Address Accuracy and Delivery Cooperation
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address in English / Roman characters where required for international delivery.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, or if the customer refuses delivery, fails to pay import charges, fails to cooperate with customs or courier requirements, or is unavailable for delivery, additional costs may arise.
Any return shipping charges, re-delivery charges, storage charges, disposal charges, customs-related costs, or other additional costs caused by such circumstances may be charged to the customer.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the parcel has been dispatched.
8. Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders made through our store.
You agree to promptly update your information, including email address, billing details, shipping details, and other account information, so we can complete your transactions and contact you if needed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect inaccurate billing details, unauthorized use, payment risk, or fraudulent activity.
9. Returns and Refunds
Our return and refund practices are governed by our Refund Policy.
As a general rule, returns are only considered for unused and unopened products, subject to prior contact and approval.
Products that have been used, opened, placed in water, altered, damaged by misuse, or returned without prior communication may not qualify for return or refund.
Shipping charges, customs charges, duties, taxes, and similar costs are generally non-refundable once shipping arrangements have begun or the parcel has been dispatched, unless otherwise required by law.
