Shipping Policy
Effective Date: 25 March 2026
Thank you for shopping with us.
Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept the shipping terms set out below.
1. Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped internationally from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
2. Shipping Carrier
We currently ship international orders via FedEx.
Tracking information will be provided once the parcel has been dispatched, subject to carrier system availability and destination coverage.
We reserve the right to make reasonable adjustments to shipping arrangements when required due to operational needs, customs procedures, destination limitations, remote-area surcharges, or carrier service availability.
3. Remote / Extended Area Surcharge
Certain destinations may be classified by FedEx as remote, extended, or special service areas based on postal code and carrier routing.
If an address falls within such an area, additional shipping charges may apply.
Where practical, we may contact the customer before dispatch if an additional surcharge is required. If the customer does not agree to the additional charge, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund for the amount paid to us, less any non-recoverable payment processing charges where applicable.
4. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, promotional periods, public holidays, customs-related delays, or where additional address verification is required.
Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Malaysia.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated international delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and carrier operations.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:
-
customs inspection or clearance
-
weather conditions
-
flight or transport disruptions
-
public holidays
-
destination-country delivery conditions
-
remote-area handling
-
carrier operational issues
6. Duties, Taxes, and Import Charges
Shipping fees already include import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges for most destinations.
However, customers remain responsible for any additional charges arising from:
- remote or extended-area surcharges
- incorrect address information
- failed delivery attempts
- refused shipments
- special import requirements imposed by local authorities
Customers are still responsible for checking local import regulations before placing an order.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address in English / Roman characters where required for international delivery.
If an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address is provided, delivery delays, return charges, re-delivery charges, or parcel disposal may occur. Any additional costs arising from incorrect address details may be charged to the customer.
8. Failed Delivery, Refused Shipments, and Non-Cooperation
If a shipment is delayed, returned, destroyed, held, or charged additional fees due to any of the following:
-
incorrect or incomplete address
-
refusal to accept delivery
-
failure to cooperate with customs or courier requests
-
prolonged absence of the recipient
-
failure to provide required import information
